We can typically shoot photo, virtual tours, and take measurements in the rain. 

We are unable to fly a drone in active rain or wind.

In the event of rain you will have the opportunity to reschedule your shoot.

Yes! Our Drone pilots are FAA certified, furthermore our drones have smart technology, so they will never take off in a no fly zone!

All Photos will be edited and return the night of the shoot. 

Virtual Tours are returned same day or next.

2D Floor Plans are returned within 24 hours. 

Video’s are edited and returned within 2 business days. 

We recommend 48 hours in advance, but will always try to fit you in on the date you need!

Our Basic Photo package will cover this, we will capture ground level and aerial photos of your listing! 

Yes! You can Substitute a Matterport in replace of a 3D Home with any package for a $100 up-charge! 

2D Floor Plans are Not Included and Must Be Requested In Advance.

We offer 3 types of Floor Plans to choose from:

• 2D Floor Plan (No Virtual Tour Needed): Up To 24 Hour Turn Around.
• 2D Floor Plan Powered by Matterport: Up To 24 Hour Turn Around. 
• 2D Floor Plan Powered by Zillow: COMING SOON 2022!

Trip Fee’s are applicable to any properties greater than 25 miles from our office address in Mauldin, SC.

Cancelation Fee Will Be Applied For Any Appointment Canceled Less Than 48 Business Hours In Advance.

Same Day Cancelations, or Properties That Are Not Ready Within 30 Minutes Will Be Charged Full Price, and Rebooked for a $75 Trip Fee.

Properties that are not ready within the first 30 minutes of the appointment will be billed in full and rescheduled to the next available appointment slot, and a $75 Trip Fee will be applied to the rescheduled shoot.
